The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is implementing a project to improve the US 97 corridor through Terrebonne. Improvements will focus on:

• Conversion of the intersection at US 97 and Lower Bridge Way to an interchange to allow for safer and easier turns.
• Updates to US 97 to slow traffic and make travelers aware that they are entering the Terrebonne community.
• Safety improvements for walking and biking along and across US 97.
• Updates to US 97 and 11th Street to improve pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular safety through the community, while maintaining two-way traffic
